Hey guys! Thanks for linking up this week! We made some random meals but they turned out pretty yummy!
I made some homemade stir fry with hoisin sauce, oyster vinegar and soy sauce. I threw in whatever we had left in the fridge which was sugar snap peas, peppers, chicken and squash. Everyone loved it! Definately going to make that again. I didn’t really follow a recipe. I used brown rice from Aldi. It was yum!
Currently I am obsessed with frying chicken in panko crumbs and coconut oil. It turns out SO yummy!
I found this recipe HERE on pinterest and made it. We loved it! I modified it a little bit and used ground turkey but it was awesome! Definitively pin it from the website link I gave you and make it because it was a keeper!
Those were the three major meals we ate but we ate tons of others and I forgot to take pictures or they were just meh.
How about you? What is on your plate this week or last week? This week we have a lot of goodies we are making. Here is a sneak peak of my grocery cart this morning.
Hope you have an awesome week! Follow me on facebook HERE for daily updates and tips!

Yum. A Stir-Fry is one of my favorite last minute meals. Thank you for hosting.
We really like stir fry, too. The kids love to eat it (and the fortune cookies they get with it! Found a big bag on sale.), and I love using up leftovers. Win/win!
such a wonderful throw together meal. I love when it works out so well. Thanks for the party. have a great week.
Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joe’s are one of our favorite meals too. Thanks for hosting Erin.
Have a great week!
Your stir-fry looks really good. I keep thinking I need to make some type of stir-fry. It’s been a while since we’ve had something like that.
Everything looks amazing! Tonight we are having pork wellington and Friday is cornflake chicken.
The rest of the week is leftovers because I’m in a class.
Thanks for sharing your ideas, I need to cook more, we eat out way tooo much. I love the thirty one tote you have in your cart by the way…
Your stir-fry looks delicious, and I love the ingredient, “whatever we had left in the fridge!” That’s my favorite kind of stir-fry
haha, thanks! I probably couldn’t replicate it if I tried but my family had fun and loved it.
